📘 What is a School Improvement Plan?

A School Improvement Plan (SIP) is our school’s roadmap for improving student achievement and strengthening teaching and learning. It uses school data to identify our greatest areas of need, establish measurable goals, and outline specific strategies and actions we will use throughout the school year to help every student succeed.
Most importantly, developing our SIP is a collaborative process. Your feedback helps us make informed decisions about where we should focus our efforts and resources.
